About
Health information is written for clinicians. We rewrite it for the person holding the report.
MedicaCare AI began with an ordinary problem: a page of numbers, an appointment weeks away, and nowhere sensible to turn in between.
A lab report is a document written for the doctor who ordered it. It is precise, it is complete, and it is not addressed to you. So most people do the only thing available — they search, and they find answers written for a different reader, about a different body, against ranges from somewhere else entirely.
MedicaCare AI reads the report you are actually holding. It explains every value against the range your laboratory printed, in the language you asked in, and then lets you ask the questions you would not put to a person. It works in 98 languages because the people who most need it are rarely served in their first one.
And it is built to be opened on ordinary days, not just on report day — because a single value means very little, and four of them over two years mean a great deal.
What we hold ourselves to
Four rules we do not trade away
Every one of these costs us something — a feature, a shortcut, or a revenue line. That is rather the point.
We read your lab's range, never our own
Sourced, or not said
Explain, never diagnose
Your data is not the business model
What we are not building
Worth saying plainly, because each of these would be an obvious way to make money and each would make the product worse.
- We are not a route to a doctor. We do not refer, book, or take a fee for sending you anywhere.
- We are not a diagnostic tool, and we are not a medical device.
- We do not sell health data, and we will not make your results available for insurance or eligibility decisions.
- We do not tell you what to eat because of a value on your blood test.
