Tell us what you think

Complaints included — those are the ones we learn from.

What is working. Genuinely useful to know.

Please do not include test results or health details — this is not a clinical channel and nobody clinical reads it.

Reading a report

What can I upload?

Blood tests and lab results, radiology reports (X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound, mammogram), heart and lung tests, prescriptions, and discharge or referral letters. Paper photographed with your phone, a PDF, or a picture someone sent you.

It could not read my report. Was I charged?

No. If it cannot read the page it tells you why and charges nothing. Try again in better light, with the whole page flat in frame.

Why does it use my lab's range instead of a standard one?

Because there is no standard one. Laboratories set ranges from the machines they run and the population they serve, and two can differ while both are right. Yours is the one that applies to you. See Understand your tests.

Credits and billing

How many credits do I get?

20 a month free, 250 a month on Premium — the same everywhere in the world. Full pricing.

Do my credits roll over?

Monthly credits reset each month. Top-up credits never expire, and they are only used once your monthly ones are gone.

How do I cancel?

In the app under your subscription, or through Google Play. One tap, no retention maze. Your 7-day trial can be cancelled the same way before it charges.

Your account and data

How do I delete my account?

From inside the app, or from this website without installing anything. Everything goes with it.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes — request an export in the app and we send you everything we hold.

Do you sell my data or train on it?

No, and no. We never train on information that could identify you. What we improve is how a value and a printed range are read.

The AI

Can it tell me what is wrong with me?

No, and it will not try. It explains what your results say and what is worth asking about. Naming conditions is a clinician's job and we do not take it.

An answer looked wrong. What do I do?

Report it — every AI answer has a control on it. Those reports are read, and they are our earliest warning that something is drifting.

Is this an emergency service?

No. If something is urgent, contact your local emergency number or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not wait for an app.
