Delete your account

You can do this from inside the app, or from this page without installing anything. Either way, everything goes.

On this website

Sign in and delete it yourself

Nothing to install and nobody to ask. Sign in with the account you want removed, confirm once, and it is gone — along with everything in it.

Or from inside the app

Profile → Your data → Delete account.

Same result, same confirmation, same immediacy.

If you cannot sign in

Lost the password, lost the email address, or the account was made on a phone you no longer have — then write to us and we will verify it is you and delete it for you, within 30 days and usually far sooner.

Ask us to delete it

We will ask you to prove the account is yours. That check exists to stop somebody else deleting your records.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in details
Every report you uploaded, and the images of them
Every value read from those reports, and your whole history
Every conversation with the AI
Meals you photographed and anything they recorded
Steps, sleep and daily entries
Every family profile you created, and everything belonging to them

What we have to keep

Two things, and neither contains anything about your health.

Records of paymentsTax and accounting law requires us to keep proof of a transaction for a set period. These hold no health data.

Anonymous, aggregated countsNumbers like how many reports were read in a month. They cannot be traced to a person and contain nothing about you.

Deletion cannot be undone, and it removes the family profiles you created along with your own. If you only want to leave and keep your records, ask us for an export first — we will send you everything we hold.

Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are different things. Cancelling stops the billing; it leaves your records in place. See pricing for how to cancel.
